Apple Developer Programに法人登録するためには、D-U-N-S番号が必要となります。これを４日で取得する手順です。参考までに。
前提条件：
事前に全部事項証明書を取得して、pdfにしておくこと（全部事項証明書はオンラインで請求できます。https://www.touki-kyoutaku-online.moj.go.jp）
1. https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/#/search を開きます。（Apple IDでログインします）
2. 必要な情報を入力して、検索すると（当然ですが）見つかりません。ここで、最下段の「By checking this box and clicking submit…」のチェックボックスをチェックして、Submitする。
3. メールで「D-U-N-S Number Request/Update Confirmation」がきます。
Thank you for submitting your D-U-N-S Number request / update to D&B. It should be completed by 06/27/2016, or sooner. Your request id is: 102122-313311. A D&B representative may be contacting you directly. Your cooperation will help to expedite the resolution of this request. Please contact applecs@dnb.com if you have any questions.
4. ここで、メール本文を引用する形で、applecs@dnb.comへ、スキャンした全部事項証明書を添付して、以下のように簡単にコメントを追記しておくります。
To whom it may concern. This is Iizuka, CEO of the UBUNIFU Inc. I attached file which a copy of the Certificate of full registry records. Please make sure of it. If there are any question, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
5. 自動リプライメールがすぐ来ます。
Thank you for your inquiry. The D&B Customer Support Team has received your request. A case has been created and assigned case number 16478252. The request will be initiated in one business day. Please feel free to reply to this e-mail with any questions concerning your inquiry.
6. 翌日（実働）に返信が来ます。担当部署へ転送してくれるそうです。
Hi Iizuka, Thank you for your email. We are more than happy to assist you with your request. Please be advised that we have forwarded your email to the investigation team. Kindly expect a call from our investigation team on your provided phone number to verify your company information. The current turnaround time of the investigation will vary based on the country. 7. 電話があった記憶がないのですが😬もし電話があったら応対しましょう！
8. 二日くらい経った後「D-U-N-S Number Request/Update Completed」とメールがきます。このメールに D-U-N-S番号が記載されています。
Your D-U-N-S Number request/update submitted on 6/13/2016 with ID Number 102122-313311 has been completed. You may start using your number in 14 days. D-U-N-S Number: 692983808 Resolution Description: New Record Created The following information was submitted as part of your request: Business Name: UBUNIFU INCORPORATED City: Izumi Country: JAPAN Thank you for using D&B's Mini Investigation Service.
9. これで完了です。ただし、ここで注意です。メール本文にありますが「You may start using your number in 14 days.」とありますので、システムに登録が完了するのが概ね二週間後ということなのかもしれません。東京商工リサーチの DUNS検索でヒットするようになれば恐らく問題ないでしょう。因みに、弊社の場合、法人での Developer Program登録は D-U-N-S取得後、相当時間がたってから行ったので、このあたりの時間軸はよくわかりません💦
