LIT MUSIC Player – EQip – Ver.1.11.2 YouTube関連の機能を削除

最近、以下のメールが Apple社（YouTube）から送られてきました。検討した結果 EQipのいくつかの機能を削除することになりました。

we received a notice from YouTube (“Complainant”) that Complainant believes the app listed below infringes its intellectual property rights. In particular, Complainant believes you are infringing its terms of use. Please see their comments below.

要約すると、以下の 3つの機能が YouTube APIの TOS（サービス利用許諾）に違反するというものです。

1. バックグラウンドでの YouTubeの再生
2. YouTubeロゴが表示されない
3. Google Adが YouTubeコンテンツのビューに表示されている
